Stefan is an emigrant cleaner at a London hospital, who is called upon to translate for a seriously injured foreign man who has been rushed into Accident & Emergency. But Stefan recognises the patient as a brutal warlord from their former war-torn homeland. Now will Stefan help save the evil man’s life or take the ultimate revenge?
